Philosophie - Statements

  • We see ourselves as impulse givers and mirrors who work together with our partners to define and implement the needed changes for a successful and sustainable future.
  • We are ready to act with transparency, integrity and authenticity to uncover the blind spots and to inspire new approaches and if necessary to implement them.
  • We call on the responsibility and autonomy of the individual and the organization to successfully create and engage in their own process.
  • We accompany change and consciousness processes until they are naturally and meaningfully accepted.
  • We have experienced time and time again that the creation of a safe and yet vibrant space serves to lead the organization as well as the individuals in the organization towards seeing themselves as they really are. Only then can they begin to take meaningful steps in their learning and development processes which are then naturally accepted and transferred into their every day to day work lives. The creation of this “safe and vibrant” space is our job as consultants, trainers and coaches.
  • We have come to realize that it makes sense that today’s leaders combine a healthy human mind (HHM *) with a spontaneous reaction of head, heart and intuitive knowing (Emotionally Intelligence) to guarantee successful and sustainable results when dealing with the fast changing situations that the future brings.
  • We have learned, by observing our customers and clients, that faster is often slower and slower is often faster. It depends on the right timing; because too early or too late costs unnecessary resources. A part of our professional support is to recognize and point out the right time.

We bring with us over 20 years of professional experience and our everlasting desire to see everything from another point of view and with our inspiring enthusiasm to bring successful.

  • Lean back and ask yourselves: „How can I inspire my people again for our company? “ „Am I inspired, moved, enthusiastic? Can I move and inspire.
  • Constant learning is natural and normal.
  • Management styles change constantly. Are you prepared to alternate your style and sometimes be leader and team member, teacher and learner at the same time?
  • Do you have a shared corporate vision? We mean shared.
  • You cannot go half way. If you have decided for your future, you must go the whole way.
  • Along the way, do not forget your values and purpose, and why your company was founded.

  • Do not change meant any more only a possibility to consider, but to handle with many and mostly even paradoxical possibilities. Exactly there lies the solution potential.

*Healthy human mind (HHM) is applied a connection by general experience of life, linguistic understanding and human knowledge, on people and things. For the learning is necessary the teaching person who herself approaches with HHM to person and things, acts, besides, as a model and supports the learners with the education and development of the HHM.
